Objectives
At the end of the program, the participants are expected to:
·         Understand the fundamental concepts of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining
·         Understand the process of CBA Negotiation, what to expect after negotiation, and how to arrive at CBA Memorandum of Agreement
·         Be equipped with basic financial management skills to help them understand the value of managing one’s finances for future given the wage and other wage-related benefits they will get out of CBA
